ListingLift ("we", "us", "our") operates listinglift.shop, an AI-powered tool for Etsy sellers. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

We are a sole trader based in Australia and comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• —Email address — collected when you create an account. Used to log you in and send transactional emails (receipts, account-related notices).
• —Product descriptions you submit — the text you type into the generator. This is sent to our AI provider to produce outputs and saved to your generation history.
• —Generated outputs — the titles, tags, descriptions, and other content produced for your account, stored so you can reference them later.
• —Subscription status — whether you are on the Free or Pro plan. We do not store card details; payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
• —Basic technical data — IP address and browser/device information collected automatically for security and to keep the service running correctly. We do not build profiles from this data.

We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address.

We use your information to:

• —Create and maintain your account
• —Generate AI-powered SEO content from the descriptions you submit
• —Process subscription payments and send billing receipts
• —Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset). We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in
• —Diagnose bugs and improve the service

We do not sell your data to any third party.

Running ListingLift requires us to use the following third-party services. Each processes your data only to the extent necessary to provide their part of the service.

• —Anthropic — the AI model that generates your titles, tags, and descriptions. Product descriptions you submit are sent to Anthropic's API. Their privacy policy governs how they handle that data: anthropic.com/privacy
• —Supabase — hosts our database. Your account details, generation history, and subscription status are stored here. Data is held in data centres that comply with industry-standard security practices.
• —Stripe — processes all subscription payments. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. We only receive your subscription status from Stripe — we never see your card number or banking details.
• —Resend — delivers transactional emails such as account confirmations. Only your email address is shared with Resend for this purpose.

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

ListingLift uses a small number of session cookies to keep you logged in. These are strictly necessary for the service to function.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from staying logged in.

We keep your account data and generation history for as long as your account remains active.

If you request account deletion, all personal data and generated content associated with your account will be permanently removed within 30 days. Some anonymised, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for internal analytics.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

• —Access the personal information we hold about you
• —Correct inaccurate or out-of-date information
• —Delete your account and associated data
• —Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au if you believe we have handled your information improperly

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the site. Continued use of ListingLift after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
